Do not use the tap to pay! I had started my wash with $5, but still needed a few seconds more to wash off the back of my car. I didn't have any more bills, so I did the tap to pay. Instead of the clock counting down, it starts counting up! I hurry to finish and stop the clock in 40 seconds. Low and behold, I check my credit card statement and I've been charged $10 freaking dollars for those 40 seconds. So, unless you want to waste money, please don't do the tap to pay. Make sure you have some bills and change on you. Also, I wish I knew how to reach someone about this issue, but the Google listing has no contacts. Not surprised.

This place is convenient for self‑wash, but the contactless reader takes your money. I used the machine for about four minutes and was still charged $10. There’s no one on-site to help or fix the issue. If you have a sports car or a newer car, I’d recommend looking for another option. The price alone tells you what to expect.

I would give zero stars if possible. I got the $11 dollar deluxe today and actually made no difference. All the dirt and film, hand prints from dust, bugs stayed on the car. Your just donating money to get your car wet. Even added water spots to the dirt.

I took my jeep there through the auto wash a week ago. After paying for the best service- my jeep came out as dirty as it started. Even the windshield was filthy. The wax left an opaque film over the dirt still there. The man behind me still had soap suds on his truck when he came out. Filled out the “request for refund “ slip— and never heard from anyone. Must be nice to be able to make money that way
